Hi, Chris Schmiedeke, from Divorce Simplified, here to talk about Summer and August 2021 under the Texas Standard Possession Order. Pretty straightforward month. Should be a quick video. There are only a few exceptions that we will talk about this month.
Hi there, Chris Schmiedeke from Divorce Simplified, here again for a review of the Texas Standard Possession Order for the month of July. We are deep in the heart of the summer. Hopefully, everybody is getting up to speed on what the summer possession provisions look like, but let’s get to the actual calendar.
Hello, Chris Schmiedeke from Divorce Simplified again, for my monthly installment of the review of the Texas Standard Possession Order. But before we get into that, two burning questions that I know you all have are one, are you really an attorney? And two, when are you going to cut that hair? One, yes, I am an attorney. Two, I don’t know, but I need to because it’s getting long, for sure.

In the summer months, I get overwhelmed with questions about the summer possession order in Texas. And so I think a lot of people really struggle with that. So I’m going to do a Q&A, and I will make this as quick as possible from questions that I receive from everyday people via my website. And I want to go into some of the answers because these are very common questions, and I want to go over them with everybody. So maybe it helps you because you have the same question.
Hi, Chris Schmiedeke from Divorce Simplified again for my monthly installment of the Texas standard possession order. This will be for May. As expected, the questions have been rolling in on the summer possession. It seems to be a real problem for people. I had made the April video, which kind of laid out the notice requirements for the extended summer possession, and then I did another video where I tried to simplify the summer possession as much as possible. You may want to watch both of those if you are watching this and are confused about the summer extended visitation of the non-custodial parent. For the month of May, there were quite a few learning lessons in there so let’s get to it.
