Hello everyone. Welcome back to the review of the month of September for the Texas Standard Possession Order. Summer is over and it is back to the grind. We are back in school and so we are getting to the meat and potatoes of the Texas Standard Possession Order. A few thoughts for this month – there will be a weekend that’s going to be extended by a federal holiday. We are going to have our Thursday periods of possessions back in full force and effect because we know that Thursdays are only during the school term, right? And then, of course, we’ll have our first, third and fifth Fridays of the month and we’re going to have a fifth Friday. Surprise! Spoiler… So let’s see what we’ve got.
